Harvinainen teräskuorinen Patek Philippe Aquanaut ref. 5060A-001. Patekin ensimmäinen Aquanaut malli jota valmistettiin vain 1000kpl sarja. PP cal.330 SC automaattikoneisto on juuri kunnostettu. Erittäin hyväkuntoinen kuori ja virheetön safiirilasi. Musta kellotaulu on virheetön, baton-tyyppiset osoittimet. Alkuperäinen pehmeä kumiranneke PP:n ”butterfly” soljella. Kuoren koko n.35 x 36mm. Kellon mukaan tulee Patek Philippe museon ”Extract from Archives” dokumentti (tilattu). Longitudin musta puulaatikko, ei muita papereita.

Stainless steel Patek Philippe Aquanaut, 5060A-001. It has a
tropical pattern rubber strap with a stainless steel ”butterfly” double
deployant clasp, and a scratch resistant sapphire crystal. It has a
solid screwed-down case back and protected screwed-down winding crown.
The carré galbé (square shaped) two-body solid case, curved
lugs, and flat bezel are polished/brushed. The dial has a black ”Noir
Frappe” tropical pattern that mirrors the strap, with applied steel
Arabic numeral hour markers and luminous baton indexes, luminous stick
minute/seconds indexes, and luminous steel baton hands with a white
center sweep second hand. There is a square date aperture window at the 3
o’clock position. It’s water resistant to 100 meters/330 feet, and the
9mm thick case, dial, and movement are all signed.

The mechanical automatic self-winding Patek Philippe caliber 330 SC
movement is stamped with the Patek Philippe quality seal. It’s
rhodium-plated, with fausses cotes embellishment. It’s constructed with
29 jewels, a shock absorber mechanism, and a straight-line lever
escapement. It includes a Gyromax balance that’s adjusted to heat, cold,
isochronism and 5 positions, and a self-compensating free-sprung flat
balance spring.

This first series 5060 was produced in an early limited edition of 1000
examples. It features a solid stainless steel case back rather than the
more common exhibition sapphire case back, as well as the stainless
steel ”butterfly” deployant buckle that says Nautilus on the inside
instead of Aquanaut.
