OMEGA SPEEDMASTER “ED WHITE”

Rare and fine Omega “Ed White” Speedmaster 105.003-65 from 1965. The original tritium dial is in very good condition. Dial lume has acquired an extremely beautiful cream tone over time.  Tritium hands are original. DON tachymeter bezel. Omega cal. 321 movement was serviced in 2018. Case diameter is 39mm.

Watch comes with new Forstner Komfit (19 mm) steel bracelet, same model that NASA issued for astronauts. Bracelet is of new production.

Accompanying Omega Extract from Archives document states, that this watch was delivered to Spain in January 10, 1967.

The watch has a 12-month service warranty.

Amongst Speedmaster collectors, Ed White is often referred to Speedmaster 105.003 reference. This is the Speedmaster reference that Ed White wore during his Gemini IV flight and EVA spacewalk. During that EVA mission he used two of these watches. One set for Houston time and another for MET (Mission Elapsed Time).
