OMEGA CONSTELLATION “CRYSTAL”
Rare Omega Constellation”Crystal” wristwatch from 1978. Ref. 198.0122. This Omega has very thin 6 mm steel case. This was Omega’s 1978 flagship model with the latest cal.1333 quartz movement. Watch comes with original steel bracelet. All sealed parts of the case have been replaced, and the watch is splashproof. The diameter of the case is approx. 34 mm.
The watch has a 12-month service warranty.
Omega introduced its Crystal range of watches in 1977. At the time, thin watches with a quartz movement were in high demand, and this was Omegas response to that demand. The watches used the 1333 and 1334 chronometer quartz movements, and the model was available with a steel case, a steel-gold case or an 18k gold case. Crystal was Omegas flagship model until 1982.
